Once a year is the minimum for most homes, timed before storm season starts in November. If you have gums, palms or pandanus overhanging the roof, twice a year is more realistic. Homes backing onto bushland in the hinterland suburbs fill fastest.
What does gutter cleaning cost on the Gold Coast?

Why does water pour over the gutter even though it looks clear?
That is usually a blocked downpipe rather than a blocked gutter. The gutter fills faster than the outlet can drain, so it spills over the front edge in heavy rain. Clearing the gutter alone will not fix it.
How do I know the job was actually done?
