Privacy Policy
The short version
If you send us a quote request we keep your name, phone number and what you told us about the job, so that we can quote it and do the work. We do not sell it, we do not pass it to a panel of contractors, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by getting in touch.
What we collect
Only what you type into the quote form: your name, phone number, suburb, the type of job you selected, and any notes you added. The form also records which page you sent it from and the IP address the request came from, which we use to filter automated spam.
The instant price guide collects nothing at all. It runs entirely in your browser and nothing is sent to us unless you go on to fill in the form.
We do not ask for your address until we are arranging the job, and we never ask for payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
To quote your job and to contact you about it. That is the only reason. We do not use it for marketing, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not build a profile on you.
Who sees it
Us, and the gutter cleaner attending your job. Nobody else. We do not sell enquiry data and we do not share it with a lead-generation network.
The website is hosted on Cloudflare and quote requests are stored on our own systems in Australia. Like any website host, Cloudflare records standard request logs.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details while we are dealing with your job and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we have a record of what was done if you come back to us. If you want yours removed sooner, ask and we will remove it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no Facebook pixel and no advertising network on these pages.
Asking us to delete your details
Contact us and say you want your enquiry removed. You do not have to give a reason, and it will not affect any work we are already doing for you.
Changes to this policy
If this changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
