Common questions
Do you clear the downpipes as well as the gutters?
Yes. Clearing the gutter but leaving a packed downpipe just moves the blockage. We clear both, then flush through and watch the water come out at the bottom.
How often should Gold Coast gutters be cleaned?
Once a year is the minimum for most homes, timed before storm season starts in November. If you have gums, palms or pandanus overhanging the roof, twice a year is more realistic.
Do you clean two-storey homes?
Yes. Double storey is most of what we do. We bring the ladders, roof gear and public liability cover, so nobody from the household needs to climb anything.
How do I know the job was actually done?
Every job comes with before and after photos of the gutters, including the sections you cannot see from the ground. You get them whether you are home or not.
