Which one do you actually need?
Most people book a standard clean, and most of the time that is the right call. These are the cases where it is not.
Water pours over the edge, but the gutter looks clear
That is a blocked downpipe, not a blocked gutter. The channel fills faster than the outlet can drain and spills over the front lip. Clearing the gutter alone will not fix it — the blockage has to be found and removed. That is downpipe unblocking.
You have gutter guard and it is still overflowing
Guard stops the big debris but fine grit washes through and builds up underneath, and wet leaf matter mats on top of the mesh and forms a lid. Both sides need doing, plus the outlets, which most guard systems leave exposed. That is a gutter guard check, and it comes with an honest answer on whether the guard is worth keeping.
