We clean gutters on the Gold Coast. Full gutter and downpipe clears, pre-storm cleans before the November to March wet season, blocked downpipes, and gutter guard checks. Single storey and double storey, right across the city.

Why we publish a price guide

Almost nobody in this trade will give you a number. You ring around, you wait for site visits, and you still have no idea what the job should cost. We think that is backwards, so we put an instant price guide on the front page. Answer three questions and you get an indicative range in about ten seconds, before anyone comes to your house.

It is a guide, not a quote. The roof decides the final price and that gets confirmed on site, with no obligation. But you start the conversation knowing the ballpark, which is the part that was missing.

The standard we work to

• Every run, not just the visible ones. The street-facing gutter is the easy one. The back of the house and the roof valleys are where debris actually collects, and they are the parts you cannot check from the driveway.
• Downpipes cleared and flushed. Clearing the gutter and leaving a packed outlet just moves the blockage. We flush through afterwards and watch the water come out at ground level.
• Before and after photos. Of every run, sent whether you are home or not. On a double storey this is the only verification you will ever have.
• Public liability cover. Anyone working at height on your roof should carry it, and you should feel free to ask to see it. We expect the question.
• The debris leaves with us. Not tipped into your garden beds.

We know the Gold Coast is not one job
